Vexon is a product of Snippipedia.
By installing, accessing, or using the Vexon Proxy Extension on Chrome or visiting vexon.snippipedia.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users including free users, paid subscribers, and visitors to our website.
The Vexon Proxy Extension is a high-performance browser security and privacy tool for Google Chrome. It enables users to hide IP Chrome sessions by routing web traffic through our global edge network, functioning as a dedicated browser proxy. The Vexon Proxy Extension provides comprehensive DNS leak protection to shield your browsing destinations, an integrated WebRTC leak fix to eliminate real-time browser vulnerabilities, and smart site threat scanning to detect phishing and tracker vectors.
Important: Vexon is a browser proxy — not a device-level VPN. It protects traffic within the Chrome browser only. It does not protect other applications, desktop software, games, or operating system-level network traffic.

Access to Vexon's authenticated features requires registration with a valid email address. Registration is by invitation or admin approval only. Vexon does not offer open public registration.
Vexon uses email and a secure two-factor authentication app for authentication. No passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email and authentication device.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@snippipedia.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Snippipedia reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to registered users.
All payments are processed by our secure payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to our payment provider's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — beginning on the date of your initial subscription. Billing continues automatically until cancelled.
If a payment fails, our payment provider will attempt to retry the charge. After one missed billing cycle, your subscription may be paused. Access to Premium features will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Vexon does not currently collect or remit taxes on subscription fees. You are solely responsible for any applicable local, state, or national taxes on your subscription.
We will provide at least 30 days notice of any pricing changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through our secure payment provider's portal.
No cancellation request to Vexon support is required. Upon cancellation, your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of a charge will be honoured in full. To request a refund, email hello@snippipedia.com with your Secure Subscription ID. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of a charge will not be honoured except where required by applicable law.
Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of the annual charge. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.

Vexon, including its extension code, branding, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Snippipedia. All rights reserved.
Snippipedia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Vexon extension solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works based on Vexon or any part of the Service without prior written consent from Snippipedia.
If you submit feature requests, bug reports, or suggestions to Snippipedia, you grant Snippipedia a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use such feedback without obligation to you.

Proxy traffic is processed by our secure edge network. Our provider processes traffic at the edge and does not store request content on behalf of Vexon. Their privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.
Session metadata is retained for 90 days for abuse prevention and legal compliance purposes, after which it is automatically deleted securely. This is the only connection-related data retained.
In the event of a valid legal order, subpoena, or court order issued under applicable United States law, Snippipedia may be required to disclose available account information. Snippipedia will notify affected users where legally permitted to do so.
Vexon does not collect, store, or process payment card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by our secure payment provider under their Privacy Policy.

Vexon's AI threat scanner is powered by our secure AI infrastructure and provides threat scores, phishing risk assessments, and privacy scores for websites. These results are:
Snippipedia accepts no liability for damages arising from reliance on AI scanner results. Users should exercise independent judgment when visiting websites.
Snippipedia makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. However, Vexon is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes. Where possible, we will provide advance notice via email or the Vexon website.
Vexon's operation depends on third-party services including our secure edge network, our secure cloud database, our secure payment provider, and our secure AI infrastructure. Snippipedia is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party outages.

Upon termination, your licence to use Vexon ends immediately. Paid subscription fees for unused periods are non-refundable except where required by law or our refund policy above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, United States.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Snippipedia at hello@snippipedia.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for a period of 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Snippipedia.
Snippipedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snippipedia regarding the use of Vexon, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Snippipedia's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
